I placed an order at 19:10 with an eta of 20:15. At 20:30 I called the restaurant and asked for an update on my order, I was told they were going to speak with the delivery driver and then the phone line left open while no one came back to me for 20 minutes, I ended the call in hopes to get back through incase they had innocently forgot I was on the phone as I understand it may be busy. The phone line was then ignored until I finally got through at 21:58 I explained I no longer wanted my order and asked for a refund they agreed and as I felt I was being pacified I said can you confirm the amount that you are refunding and to whom, he replied instantly with the price and my name, so to my assumption had my order connected to my number which is why they were not answering previously. I am so disappointed as I have always loved this restaurant and always been a loyal customer.

Food was gorgeous as always with big flavour and generous portions. Our family had a selection of fairly hot curries, a naan wrap, and a burger with naga doner meat - we also got the tikka masala prawns and lamb chops as a side - everything was delicious!! Delivery time was given as 1 hour and in truth it was closer to 90 minutes, but it was a large order placed at peak time on a Saturday evening so … tbf I did call the restaurant to see where it had got to and the lady who answered the call was super helpful - the order arrived within 30 seconds of my call and the delivery person (who was a total delight btw) had been having difficulty parking in my rather tricky street. Five stars all the way!!! ⭐️

There were no naan breads with either of the two curries. I didn’t ring as we live 5 miles away and by the time they were brought out the rest of the food would have been cold. Quite disappointing as this was part of the meal.

I telephoned the restaurant personally to give them some feedback on the three meals that we had ordered. The woman I spoke to was very personable and took comments on board that she would pass onto the chef including the fact that the Dupiaza and Madras was very salty. The chips were also too salty. So put these together and two meals couldn't really be eaten. She said that she would pass these comments on so hopefully, other customers would not receive the same experience. The Pathia, however was super delicious as well as the rice.

The food is always delicious- arrives promptly and is piping hot. Our last order (for 5 people) had an item missing - must point out this has never happened before - but a quick call had it sorted. The very helpful staff sent it straight out with the next driver and it was with us in about 5 minutes - it was honestly worth waiting for! Spicy Naga chicken kebab was amazing!

I had the chicken jalfrezi with garlic naan and vegetable rice. My husband had the mixed punjabi kebab. Both beautiful and tasty . Very generous portions. Good value for money highly recommend
